On average, there are about 250 - 300 words per page in a book. 

I’ve written 2,355 words today which is roughly 7-9 pages of a book. 

If you’ve written 250 words, that’s still a whole page of a book, and that’s bloody brilliant.

And even if you haven’t written any words at all today, you’re still doing fantastic because you have a story in your head, characters, an idea.

There is so much more to being a writer than a word count.
